Monterra d.o.o. was established in 2011 in Rijeka. Today, their skilled, dedicated, and responsible team consists of 100 employees. The company is equipped with all necessary and state-of-the-art machinery for carrying out even the most complex works in the fields of geotechnics, geomechanics, noise protection, and flood defense. The company operates in Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia, where they also have their own branches.

Monterra is also a representative of globally recognized manufacturers of geosynthetic materials and wire products successfully used in construction activities, such as:
- Geosynthetics – soil reinforcement geogrids, erosion control geogrids, slope rehabilitation meshes, various types of rockfall barriers, geotextiles, geocomposites, bentonite mats, geobags, various types of geomembranes, asphalt reinforcement meshes, and cement geocomposites
- Gabion structures, Teram systems, and mattresses for hydraulic engineering structures
- Flood protection systems (M box barriers, vertical barriers, Aqua Rock bags, and flood protection bags)
Since 2018, Monterra has also become a manufacturer of steel structures and flood defense systems. In the city of Ogulin, they have a production facility with a manufacturing area of 5,000 m², where they offer the production of steel structures, noise protection systems, flood protection systems, various types of anchors, rods, and self-drilling anchors.
